for an exact shipping quote. All orders are processed via Google
Checkout in US Dollars and fulfilled within 24 hours.
If
you're having trouble with your download code or the zip file we
use to deliver your music, please email your name, the username
and password in question and a detailed description of the trouble
you're having to support[at]starsnostars[dot]com. We will attempt
to resolve all customer inquiries within 24 hours. If you include
your phone number in the email you'll get even faster resolution.
If
your shipment has been damaged in transit, or you need to return
or cancel your order, please contact support[at]starsnostars[dot]com
to initiate arrangements for replacement. Product returns cannot
be accepted without making initial contact through this address.
Download
codes are not kept on file, and will expire after five (5) logins.
Stars/No Stars strongly encourages customers to make hard-copy backups
(i.e. burn the data files to a CD) of all digital purchases.
